Commissioner decisions are citable precedent. Each ruling names the sections it interprets and appears in the margin of every one of them.

The structural consequence

The constitution now defers to ESPN for scoring, roster construction and the playoff calendar rather than restating them. Restated settings go stale, as these did.

Those values should therefore be rendered from league configuration, not written into the text. Until the ESPN sync ships, the panel below stands in their place.
