Art. I §9 provides that a bylaw shall be proposed and ratified each year. The record shows no bylaw for 2016, and none for 2019 through 2025.

The gaps are published in the registry at full size, in the same frame as a ratified bylaw, stamped NO BYLAW ON RECORD. They are not collapsed into a footnote and they are not omitted.
