The constitution as revised in 2023 names NFL.com as the service of record in seven places. The league has since run on ESPN. The document had not been revised to follow.

Every reference to NFL.com is re-pointed to ESPN. Scoring, roster locks, player status, auto-draft, trade submission, waiver processing and waiver priority are all governed by the ESPN league site.

Nothing in this ruling changes a rule. It changes the name of the service that administers the rules.
