Format and order are set by the Commissioner and may change year to year. The draft must accommodate both in-person and remote participation.

Owners may trade draft positions before drafting begins. Trades must be within the same round and must result in the same number of picks for each side.

In-person attendance is heavily encouraged; remote accommodation is always provided.

Permitted for owners who cannot attend.

An owner who does not attend in person, by proxy or remotely will have their team auto-drafted per ESPN.

Owners must fill all starter and bench positions at the draft.

All bylaws bearing on the draft are to be obeyed with strict adherence.
