The 2011 bylaw assigns the Sombrero of Shame to the owner with the worst team of the season. The BoobieBowl is a bracket for the bottom four, and its loser is not necessarily the worst team in the league.

Worst team means the worst record overall, resolved on the tiebreakers at Art. I §8. The exemption for members who did not participate in the previous season stands.
