The Summit log

What was put to the league each year, and what carried. Under art. I §9 proposing is optional; but where a proposal is put and fails, the champion must propose another, and another, until one is approved.

Failed proposals are published here alongside those that carried. They are half the fun.

No proposals on record.

7 bylaws have been ratified since 2011 and are published in the registry. What is missing here is the proceeding — who proposed each one, and what else was on the table that day.

On the failed proposals

The record holds no rejected proposal from any Summit. Either every proposal ever put to this league carried on the first vote, or nobody wrote the failures down.

The office takes no view. Rejected proposals recorded in future Summits will appear here beside those that carried.

The mechanism

The reigning champion proposes at the Summit; the league adopts by majority vote. A ratified bylaw binds in perpetuity unless repealed by the same majority. Seeart. I §9 and art. IX, and ruling 2026-06 on the unrecorded years.
