Article IX · Standing obligations

Who owes what

Four bylaws impose an obligation that falls due every season. They are listed here in the order they were ratified. An obligation is discharged when it is performed, and it recurs the following season regardless.

On discharge

The record does not yet show whether any season’s obligations were performed. Every obligation below is therefore marked not on record rather than outstanding — the office declines to accuse anyone on the strength of a missing file.

Performance is a matter for the Summit log, which is empty, and for the Hall of Records, which is not yet built.

Authority

Obligations arise under bylaws ratified by the league at the Summit pursuant toart. I §9 and art. IX. Draft-day obligations are additionally governed by art. III §8, which requires strict adherence.
